While I have a doctorate in education, my expertise has been developed by experience over the past 25 years selling residential real estate including vacant land, condominiums,and single family homes. While much of my business is with previously satisfied customers and clients, I still particularly enjoy working with people who are new to the market and real estate.

Maybe it's the educator in me, but few,if any, of my clients are unclear or confused about what they are doing or have done in what can be a complicated and confusing process; purchasing or selling a home.

I am a broker, which means I don't have to go to anyone else for decisions regarding my business. I own it. I am a past president of the Board of Realtors, and consider business ethics critical to any transaction. Further, it's very important to me to keep my clients out of trouble, and I have been very successful in that regard.

Finally, I really enjoy selling real estate, and I believe that someone who enjoys his work is always better at doing it.
