Dr. Polk is a graduate of St. Augustine High School, and attended pre-medical course work at Cuyamaca, Grossmont and Mesa Colleges before matriculating at Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angeles where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1998.
He obtained advanced training and certification as an Independent Medical Evaluator, and was certified by the state of California as a workers compensation Qualified Medical Evaluator.
His areas of expertise includes family practice, workers compensation and automobile accident care, and he has obtained advanced training in accident reconstruction, biomechanical analysis of low speed impacts, soft tissue injuries, post concussion syndromes, and traumatic brain injuries.
Dr. Polk is a lifelong resident of San Diego. His hobbies include fitness, bike riding and dog training. |
